Welcome to Z-School. By enrolling in any of our courses (two online and one offline), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a payment.

Course Fees

The course fee is non-refundable except under specific circumstances outlined in the Refund Policy.

Enrolments and Access

• Access to the course will be granted upon successful payment.
• The course materials (if any) are for personal use only and cannot be shared, reproduced, or redistributed.

Personal Information Collection and Use of Feedback

   When you visit this Website, we do not collect any personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, phone number, or email address) unless you voluntarily provide it to us—for example, by filling out a form, subscribing to a newsletter, or submitting feedback. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in full before course access is granted.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No refunds will be issued for personal reasons or incomplete participation.
• Participants may request to shift their enrollment to a future cohort only once and only if the course is scheduled to run again. This deferment is subject to our approval. If the course doesn’t repeat or the request isn’t approved, we are not liable for missed participation.
• For the Design Leadership Intensive (DLI), we offer a 100% money-back guarantee but only if you complete the full course and still find it lacking in value.
  To claim this, you must communicate your dissatisfaction verbally by the end of Day 2 (the final day) of the workshop, and email us at rahil@zschool.design the same day. Refunds will be processed thereafter.

Course Content and Copyright

• All course materials, including videos, documents, and other resources, are the intellectual property of ZEUX Innovation Pvt. Ltd.
• Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or modification of course content is strictly prohibited.

Conduct and Participation

• Participants are expected to engage respectfully in discussions and activities.
• Any form of misconduct, including disruptive behaviour or plagiarism, may result in removal from the course without a refund.

Liability Disclaimer

• The course provider is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or delays caused by third-party platforms.
• The course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Modification of Terms

The course provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
