Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our Money-Back Guarantee

This guarantee applies to:

• Product Leadership Intensive (DLI)
• Design Leadership Sprint (DLS)
• High Stakes

If you complete the program, give it a genuine effort, and still feel it did not meet your expectations or deliver value, we will refund 100% of your enrollment fee.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for the money-back guarantee, you must:

• Complete 100% of the program.
• Attend all live sessions or watch all session recordings made available to you.
• Complete any required assignments, exercises, or submissions (if applicable).
• Give the program a genuine and honest effort.
• Notify us of your dissatisfaction by the final day of the program.
• Submit a refund request via email to hello@zschool.design within 7 days of completing the program.
• Include a brief explanation of why the program did not meet your expectations.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

No Refunds Under the Following Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Personal reasons, including work commitments, scheduling conflicts, health issues, travel, or changes in personal circumstances.
• Partial attendance or incomplete participation.
• Failure to complete the program requirements.
• Failure to attend live sessions when recordings have been provided.
• Requests made before completing the program.
• Requests submitted after the refund request window has closed.

Live Cohort Transfers

Participants may request to transfer their enrollment to a future cohort once, for programs that are delivered as live cohorts, subject to approval and future cohort availability.

If the program is not scheduled to run again, or if the transfer request is not approved, no refund will be issued.

Final Decision

Zschool reserves the right to review all refund and transfer requests and determine eligibility based on the criteria outlined in this policy.

GST Invoices

If you require a GST invoice for your purchase, please submit your request within 7 days of enrollment by writing to hello@zschool.design and providing your GSTIN and billing details.

Requests received after 7 days from the date of purchase may not be accommodated.

• All course materials, including videos, documents, and other resources, are the intellectual property of ZEUX Innovation Pvt. Ltd.
• Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or modification of course content is strictly prohibited.

Conduct and Participation

• Participants are expected to engage respectfully in discussions and activities.
• Any form of misconduct, including disruptive behaviour or plagiarism, may result in removal from the course without a refund.

Liability Disclaimer

• The course provider is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or delays caused by third-party platforms.
• The course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Modification of Terms

The course provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
